Our boatyard is up for lease. We are both 69 and would like to retire. We will keep the yard operating as per our normal schedule until it is leased. We do limited service, winterization, shrink wrapping, oil changes, storage, and all the things we have always done. Campground and Marina are not up for lease and will continue to operate in their normal fashion.
